Backwerk Bochum

In 2018, the largest bakery-restaurant in Germany opened its 350th location. To celebrate this milestone they set up a flagship store, with which they introduced their new concept. It reflects freshness and transparency.

The customer can see for himself how the sandwiches and pastries are freshly prepared and the smoothies freshly mixed. This is the largest BackWerk location in existence, and offers seating on two floors. The building has a six meter high glass facade, high ceilings and a glass roof. It is a special location and it was an exciting and fun challenge to create this cozy atmosphere and ambiance.
